OK, here's the deal: I have a pl meet in the end of March (only bench press)-not very important-, an other one in mid-April- very very important!-, a national comp 3 weeks later in May- very important-, and an other one a month later in my own town in June! Alot of motivation to train hard!
But is it too much? I just can't choose!

Think about this, i dont know how heavy your training is while benching, but i treat a bench meet just about like a MAX day in the gym. Rest good before the meet and after and there is no overtraing. With time being spaced out try your best to stay peaked for comp and do them all. If you feel its too much it wont show till the last ones. I have a meet in March and april and june. 2 bench meets one full power. Did a bench meet Jan 20th. So i dont think its a problem at all. Go fo it. Live and learn if it is too much you'll know next time. Just get that rest in there between them.

Thanks Jay. For the bp meet, taking it like a normal max training day was my idea too. I only had a month between my last two comps and I did pretty well on the second one (even if I broke one of my ribs the day after the first comp). I feel pretty in shape right now. I tried my max on the bench press and even if I stopped bpressing for a month, my max lift was 10lbs heavier than I did at the comp. Concerning my deadlift, I only did 10lbs less than in comp and I wasn't wearing my powersuit. I'm doing my max squat tonight.

One day at the time, right??

YOu got the idea. Just make sure you rest , rest , and rest. In my opinion it is better to do not enough then too much. Treat em like workouts. And you just learned muscle has an incrediable memory. Good luck with them.
