2 grams test

It depends on your size and juice experience. I've personally never gone over 1100mgs a week, but there are guys out there that more than likely use a lot more than that(pros). IMO, (others may disagree) I think if you have to use over 1g of a compound use more than one don't just use test by itself. You'll notice that the people on here that do use above 1500mgs weekly, use multiple compounds at once.

For pure water only. ml and cc are volume, and mg is wt. You can have 50, 100, 200, 400,...mg/ml. mg/ml is concentration.

Before you guys touch juice, you need to do a little research so you don't get fucked up.

To the question. I think most people here rely way too much on the drugs than nutrition, work outs, sleep, etc. No-one, who is not pro quality, or contest level, should be doing anywhere near 2g of test a wk! Fucking stupid. Be responsible.

2g is quite a heavy dose..i dont know you or your stats but if your not in the league of galaxy,NS or Quad i dont think you have any business runnning that much gear
 
It all depends on where you are at. If you are *very* advanced, then 2g may be what is needed, if you are just starting out and desperate to get big quick, then it's time to slow down.

What is your cycle history, stats, lifting experience, nutrition, etc... then everyone can give you a better answer....
 
Never gone over 1.1 grams a week either. I am a minimalist though.... and I have been sitting at 240 for a while...
 
If you have to ask it's too much. If you were at the point where you needed that much you would know it by looking in the mirror.

Its amazing that the top pros are that big on less than 2g a week

no one was advising he take that much..everyone reacts differently to gear..i do not use that much gear nor do i need that much for me to grow..

NS does and takes the time to get the proper tests done to make sure everything is no the up and up..

ml same as cc....but mg is weight...200/250/300/400 or whatever you want can be put into one ml....test 250 is 250mg per ml...deca300 is 300mg per ml and so on...most tren is 75mg/ml .....if you dont know what ur talking about, please dont screw up someone else too....
