2-4 hrs cycling

Im a cyclist and i ride 2 to 4 hours 6 time per week. Ive been cycling since july and from 24% body fat, im now in 11% with no supplementation and I looking for something that help me to dropped y fat to 6-7% and increase my strength.

I read good reviews about combining HMB with creatine and l-carnitine, and other supp is stemulite.

Can u tell me is that is good or recomend me other thing?
 
what kind of workouts are you doing on the bike? you getting ready for a race? building your fall/winter base prepping for 2010?

Good job on dropping the body fat down. Careful not to overtrain or create any overuse injuries. Rest days can be as just important. You are into some time in the saddle. I cycled from OR to FL in 2002 and Canada to Mex. in 2006. I know about over training ;)
What is your height/weight/age..these are factors.
