1st time user need some advise

Hi I'm 22, 5ft10, 10st6. I've hit a wall and can't seem to put any more weight on. I was around 9st when I started training. Ideally I'd like to put on about a stone. I'm particularly worried about hair loss as it runs in my family. I was thinking about 80mg a day of anavar. Can somebody advise me on if they think it would be possible to put a stone on? What should I use as PCT and what are the best supplements to take during the course? Thanks!
 
I dont think anavar is good for you or your goals

are you 146lbs at 5ft10? what is your body fat?

i am going to guess that the problem is in your routine or diet. post those up and im sure with some help you can reach your goals without sauce.. for now.. then save it for down the road
 
I don't know what my body fat percentage is but I have little to none I'm ectomorphic but am quite cut. How much weight would u be likely to gain on anavar? I don't want to use steds that will give me water retention I want lean gains that I can maintain. Thank u for the advise. I train very hard, 6 days a week and I make every session count. I don't think it is my diet as I was steadily gaining until a few months ago and now I am stuck at 10st 6.

6 days a week? You're probably not growing because you're over training. You grow while you rest/sleep. How much do you weigh in lbs and what is a stone?

Hit each bodypart hard once per week 4-5 days then rest ,Muscles Repair them selves when you take time off to feed and sleep (Very important!)
 
Well said Radar, try natural gains first. Increase diet accordingly for gain, or even supplement a lean mass gainer twice throughout the day for extra calories but minimal sugar/fat. Like Radar said, rest, rest ,rest :)

you stopped gaining because you are not taking in enough calories..as you grow you need to eat more.

Thank u for all the feedback I really appreciate it. There are 14 pounds in a stone. I am lean and I don't want to get bulky I literally would be happy with a stone more. I'm sure u have heard it all before but I have a goal in mind and I am going to stick with it. In regards to overtraining I hit every muscle group once per week. In regards to my diet I eat cereal for breakfast, some meat with noodles at lunch time, a larger portion of meat and rice/pasta for dinner and a few eggs and a yoghurt before bed. Any extra advise would be greatly appreciated! Thank u.
 
Oh and as far as supplements go I just use a whey protein shake immediately after training sessions. I was thinking about investing in USN protein dessert for nighttime and taking whey protein when I wake up too? Is there any point in taking immediately before AND after my training sessions? As I thought ur body can only absorb a certain amount? Is there any point in me buying BCAA's to have before/after workouts in addition to this? Thanks and sorry if I seem a bit brainless!
 
myself I dont drink a protein shake before training, I use it as supplemental calorie intake between meals

8am- meal
10am- shake + banana
noon- meal
3pm- meal
5pm- workout followed by isolate protein shake 10-15mins after
7:30pm- meal (with 2-3 glasses skim milk to drink)
9:30pm- shake + banana

during the day I bring 2L of water as well as a 1L of skim milk

And to the OP - If you are trying to gain mass, why the fuck would you choose anavar lol?

It's a steroid used primarily for guys trying to lean out. Use beastdrol for some shit hot gains if you are running an oral.

Read what i posted Need2bulk doesn't make you bulky it provides nutrients that activates lean muscular gains, don't be misled by the label.No product on the market even comes close.
 
I agree with what everyone else was saying. @ 5'10 / 146 you are no where near your natural potential. Eat moar food!!

Man, if this is ur first time and if ur just gonna run test u really have no reasons to worry about hairloss. That is a long term side effect for aas. Some gear such as masteron if ran with high doses for a long time can produce a short term hairloss but that's really it. Man I'd recommend u just start off and run test and dbol. U can run test 4-500mg per wk separated into 2 shots Mon and thurs. The dbol u can run 30-40mg's every day. Run the test for 12 wks and the dbol 4-6. A decent effective pct would be hcg (250 iu's every day for 3 wks) starting about 2 wks after ur last test shot. Clomid 12.5mg everyday for 4 wks starting 3 wks after last test shot. U can also throw in some HCGenerate and or Forma from MrSupps also. I've never used them 2 but they are always recommended from every consistant member here on EF. Other than that bro, with a kick ass routine and a most important clean diet with a lot I protein and good quality clean carbs u should be set!! Hope that helps!!
