u think i have gyno? can some1 scond this. my nipples are not sore at all nore have they ever been.

Yea you probably need to eat alot more cuz your burning it off just siting still.
I was always like that too.Try eating like more oatmeal,potatos,meal replacements are the best but expensive..I dont think you need to worry about geting fat either.Just try to eat anything high in calories you will see a differents in a week or so...Keep on hiting it....

Watch your hair line on winny. If Dad and Uncles do not have the dreaded 'pattern" you'll be OK. If they do ... winny will speed it up.

Agree with all your comments, Ozz. He'll get bigger as he ages too.

Try doing partials with 325. 1-3" ... Gets you used to the weight in your hands and gets your mind ready. Once a week I put a bit more than my goal weight in lockout position and do 6-8 of these partials. After about 4 weeks, I can do the original goal weight.

MPB runs through your mother's father, not your father nor your uncle. So if your grandfather on your mother's side is/was bald then you will be too.
