1st Time on GH - Cant wait but need some solid advice, bros.

I finally gots some Serostim and I was thinking of taking 2iu 2x per day M-F. I'm not trying to blow up, just take low does for extended periods of time for all the other benefits. I want to fn it for at leat 3 months. i also like the fact that you natural test isnt supressed.



What do you think of low doese, 4iu daily, for 3 months.

Any personal testimony of what worked for them are more than welcome and give m some advice.

depends on what you exactly went from GH...4 iu is really enough to stay lean,I suppose this is what you want since you don't want to blow up...12 weeks is good,16 is better :D
 
I've been researching this quite alot lately as well... I just got screwed on serostim!!!

I asked a trainer at my gym who trains alot of pros and he said since I haven't done GH before, start off with 2 iu per day and work up. Also he said to take it every day, not just on training days, and not just five days per week. As you would expect, he also told me the longer you can afford to stay on it the better.

I like the GH for the same reasons you do and I wioll eb taking it to hopefully maintain. I am planning on 2-4 ius per day of GH and 5-10 units of humalog (which I already have). Now if I could just find the GH...

I would also agree that starting with 2IU dialy and working up is the way to go. Just starting at 4-6IU seems to lead to more sides which can be avoided while working dose up. Also there are many scools of thought on when to take it but the GH itself is only a small paret of the picture, it has a systemic impact that takes some time to take effect so I personally feel 2x (or more) injections are a waste of pins. Sure it has a short half life but remember its the effects GH triggers and not so much the GH itself that gives us the benefits.
 
Zyg: I never looked at it that way... so it brings a question to mind: I train in the evening (8pm) and was planning on injecting BOTH the GH and the log at that time. Now I am aware that using the GH relatively near sleep time is not optimal.

Therefore, should I just inject the Gh upon waking and the log in the evening post training??

Hey Zyg I am doing 4IU ED around noon after workout. Is there a better time ? You feel that there is no point in splitting the injections. Thanks Man, Red
