1st time cycle what do you think

This is my first cycle ever I have been training for 3 years 5'11 185 lbs 10% bf here is my proposed cycle what type of gains can be expected and how much of it should I keep providing proper diet and rest.

Anadrol Cypionate GH

Wk1 50mg 400 mg 3.5 iu

Wk2 100mg 400mg 3.5 iu

Wk3 100mg 400mg 3.5 iu

Wk4 50mg 400mg 3.5iu

Wk5-Wk10 600mg 3.5iu

Wk11&Wk12 400mg 3.5 iu

two weeks after last cyp 300mg clomid one day then 100mg for ten days
and 50mg for ten days Thanks for input

GH on a first cycle?

ok i suggest this as a good first bulking cycle..it will add some good size and add some strength and you'll probably keep most depending on how you treat your body post cycle.

Week 1-8 Sust. 250mg/week
Week 1-5 DBol 25mg.ed
Week 1-8 Deca I would taper up from 100mg/week for a starter until u reach 400mg/week mid-cycle but for sure i would come off slow last 3 weeks going lower every week till you hit about 100mg/week.

You should have some great gains especially at our size now.

See how your body reacts firstly to different substances then up dosages during your next cycle.
 
ok, I don't really like how you jump the test in the 5-10th weeks.. I would start high and come down.... maybe start at 800 for the first two weeks and then drop to 400 for the remainder, and only run it for 10 weeks not 12. I don't know too much about GH but I don't think you will benefit much from only using it for 12 weeks. I'm not on tapering up and down with dosages, but I don't know too much about anadrol so I can't say on that one.

But as for the test I'd run it something like this:
800mg/week, week's 1-2
400mg/week, weeks 3-10

you'll defenitely want to hit clomid after this cycle and whatever you decide to do with it, but I dunno. GH is something that you'll want to be running for a long period of time to be getting good results. And i don't particularly see it's necessity in your first cycle.

the only reason for low test at begining if because of the anadrol if I should start high then work down I will thanks for the advise
 
Starting high and then lowering your dose is known as front loading, and it does work. A lot of people swear by it, regardless of other gear you are taking front loading test is a good idea IMO.

i agree, i dont think you will benifit much from 12 weeks of gh. i also dont see any reason to take 100mg of anadrol, 50 is plenty.
 
why only 10 weeks not 12 and if that is the case how about 800 mg for wk 1-5 then 400 from 5-10 or just 600 through out the whole 10 weeks
 
Well it look like a ten week cycle prvails with 600mg cyp throuhgout what about anadrol 50mg for 4 week or 50 100 100 50 and does anyone have any idea of the gains that are possible
 
I agree 100mg of "a-bombs" is not needed, esp for the first cycle 50mg is heavy enough.

GH is not needed.

I would hit 800mg of CYP for the 2 weeks then taper down to 600mg for the last 8 weeks...still frontload you will reap the benifits! :)
