1st time cutting - routine advice needed

Started weight training in Aug and have made great gains since; this board has been a tremendous catalyst in my achievements. I am currently 5' 8" and weigh 210 probably around 25% body fat. When I started training I was around 190. Needless to say I look much better now at 210 than I did at 190! Anyhow, the time has come for me to lose some fat.

I am currently on a 5x5 routine (centered on dead lifts, squats, bench press, standing millitary press, standing bicep curls, close grip bench press) and was wondering what changes I should make? I know, from reading this board, that I should not expect to gain strength/size while dieting. Should I stick with my current 5x5 and just not add any weight to my lifts?? I am looking to get down to around 175 and will be doing cardio 5 times per week. Diet will be clean but not a CKD. Once I hit 175 I plan to do a clean bulk. I tend to put on weight pretty easily. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Deadlifts 5x5
Bentover rows 2x8
Pull ups

Shrugs 2x8
Rear delt raises 2x8
Calf raises 4x15

Fri:

Bench press 5x5 (switching to incline for 5x5 due to shoulder problmes)
Dumbell incline press 2x8
Decline press 2x8

Standing bicep curls 5x5
Incline dumbell curls 2x8
Dumbell concentration curls 2x10

Sat: abs

Sun:

Standing Millitary Press 5x5
Upright Row 2x8
Lateral raises 2x8

Close Grip Bench 5x5
Skull Crushers 2x8

Mon:

Squats 5x5
leg lifts 2x8
stiff legged dead lifts 2x8
calf raises 4x15

reverse wrist curles
wrist curls

Tue: Off

Wed: abs
