Alright, Will be starting my first cycle on Monday. :)

STATS
Age: 23
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 262 lbs
BF%: 26%(Tanita Scale) or Low 20's(Calipers)

GEAR / SUPPS
Weeks 1 - 8: Anavar 60mg/ed
Weeks 1 - 8: Forged Liver Support
Weeks 4 - 12: Sustain Alpha, 5 on 2 off
Weeks 1 - 8: PP Fat Loss Stack
>> Allmax Nutrition Muscle Prime Preworkout
>> Whey Depot L-Carnitine Tartrate
>> Whey Depot Creatine Ethyl Ester, 5g pre-wo, 10g post-wo

Weeks 1 - 8: Needto's 19-Tren-TFO 90mg ed
Weeks 8 - 12: Clomid 25mg ed

Going to follow Omegas Phase 1 Project.

GOALS
Drop BF%, Build Muscle.
Want to drop BF enough by winter to do a bit of a lean bulk using Test before cutting again until summer.

LOOKs good man, i'll follow this one, i've been running var and haven't found it to be anything i expected. honestly if i could do my cycle again geared at fat loss i would have included t3 or d-we dont talk about-p. i haven't really noticed any accelerated fat loss due to just the var as my diet has been very strict.

Are you doing Anavar Only?
How long and what dose? Stats, etc?

I've been thinking about adding something else, but it's my first cycle so I think just the var would be fine for this one.
 
Many think that var or really any steroids are some magical response in your training. It takes hard work, consistency and a great diet. Var is a great supplement and worth its weight in gold. If you dont feel better with some quality lean muscle you might have bad gear.

no, masteron and test prop as well i'm just starting week 7 of 8 weeks, with var 50mg pd. training hard and diet is 100%
 
I'm thinking 60 protein, 25 fats, 15 carbs.

Cool, Thanks. I was thinking around the same. Less carbs probably on cardio/off days.

But on another note, I can't seem to change the thread title so I'll probably start a new thread.
I'll be adding Needto's Tren-TFO to the stack for 8-weeks.
Gonna start next week now.

Also, I plan on now adding some clomid to the PCT and having femera on hand incase of gyno. Any thoughts? :)
