I agree with everyone else on this. And trust me, i was in the same boat as you are! From the time i was a soph in high school i was tall and skinny. I was about 6'1" and about 140 lbs. SKINNY! Well, i tried taking some sups and weight gainers but nothing seemed to work for me. My matabolism was really high. Well, now im 24 and after doing alot of reading and reaserch on here i have came to the conclusion that these guys really know what there talking about! Listen when they say to EAT EAT and EAT some more. By doing just this, i have gained right at 20 lbs in the past 4 months. Taking any kind of AAS for the reasons you have listed isnt a good idea. You need to have your diet in total check and have a sound workout routien before even considering any kind of sups. I know this because like i said, i was in your boat too. I wanted the quick fix and i took sups w/out knowing anything about them and what they can do. Well, needless to say, it didnt work, i wasted alot of money, and it hurt my body some. I would defenatly consider waiting on taking any kind of AAS or any other sup for that matter untill your body is ready for it.
