OK, I lost about 100 pounds over a matter of a year back in 2004. For a while I just kind of hovered around 200 lbs quite content.
About 5 months ago I read several articles online and compiled info on taking off fat while keeping mass.
I ended up eating 50 grams of protein with 18 grams of fat 5 times a day and every other day after workouts, I had whey/dextrose.
I used this diet to shed fat and keep all my mass.
I am no about 189lbs at 6 foot.
A few days ago i felt I needed more protein so to get that while keeping calires the same, I lowered fat to about 8 grams per meal. Since then I get stomach cramps, pee alot and have to wake at night to pee. What is the deal?
