Just wanted to say what's up to everyone on the board, and I also needed some advice. Hope you guys can help.

I've been out of training for about a year(surgery), and just got back in. Right now, I'm 5'10" but gained about 20lbs and am at a bit under 190.I was hoping to get some tips as to what I should do, whether to get on something or not, if so anyone have any ideas of what type of juice to take, etc... I just wanna get back to my old build ASAP, and keep it that way.

I would prefer to avoid shooting, since I had a bad experience in the past. But other than that I'd do pretty much anything else...

Thanks in advance...

I'm not sure if you want to hop right on gear. I would get into the swing of training again first. It looks like what you're mainly interested in is weight loss. A sound diet, intense resistance training, and cardio will do wonders by themselves. There are drugs like DNP, Clen, and T-3 that are good for rapid fat loss, but I would not recommend them unless you know what you are doing. A good e/c/a stack would help. Best of luck.

NinjaX? where in his post did he say he was going to drink??

Igor33, welcome to the board. you will learn alot here:D i suggest you to do alittle research and find out what YOU want to do. how long have to been working out since you started after your surgery?? and what happened.

when i was new i started out on all orals an soon found out i was wasting my time. orals are great but i would recomend you stack with something injectable. if you keep doin all oral cycles your liver might not like that.

welcome to the board.....get a few months of solid training in while learning and use the search option at the top of this thread if you have any questions.....RADAR

i didn't have a gear related thing happen with the needles, I just had a bad reaction to the local anesthesia before surgery, where as soon as I took the shot my arm swelled up and next thing I know I woke up with all these monitors, and a respirator on me... I know it psycholoical and Im getting past it, but I just don't think shooting EVERY day or two, will make it easier... Im sure if I do it gradually I should be fine... thanks for the concern
