You think that is enough for those bodyparts? I know you have this training style down but while on AS I thought I could handle all this. I hate hitting arms only once.
Yes I did fit this into about 70minuts, Warmed up chest good and that hit triceps & shoulder pretty well, did some light squads then right into the rest of the routine.
