1st Ever Cycle

Hello!
Im new on this forum and just wanted to say hi so.....HI! :verygood:

Just wanted to ask you guys for advise (please)

I am looking at doing a Dianabol cycle only (I know, I know people's bloods are boiling and are going to type really fast and have a go)

I have been a gym freak for a couple of years now, I'm 10 stone and 5ft something (never measured myself...well my height anyway) I would say im average size in height. I put on muscle fairly easy and have very good muscle memory aswell as maintaining the muscle if I stop going to the gym for a while

I usually go to the gym 5 times a week and spend about 2 hours a time there? I train with my best mate who is a level 3 qualified fitness instructor/Personal coach and runs his own gym.
I normally do a full body work mainly hyper trophy training sometimes max strength.
The supplments I normally take are as follows:

With Breakfast:
* Multivitamins A-Z with minerals= 1 Serving

Before gym:
* MyProtein Weightgainer Pro = 1 serving
* USN-19 Anabolic Teso = 1 serving

During workout:
* MyProtein Vitargo Pro = 1 Serving with ribeana :)

After workout:
* MyProtein Weightgainer Pro = 1 serving
* PHD Nutrition Synergy ISO 7 = 1 serving
* Optimum Nutrition Superior Amino 2222 = 1 Serving

I normally train for 6 weeks then stop and have a break for 2 weeks from the gym and supplements and then back on, with a new plan etc....

Im thinking about continuing with my supplements but use Dianabol with it aswell?

I was thinking taking 15mg a day? ( 3 tablets throughout the day at 5mg each) on a 6 week cycle. I was considering using Nolvadex and Milk Thistle along side Dianabol, and then after my 6 week cycle stopping ALL my supplements apart from USN Anabolic Testo and taking clomid and Nolvadex and Milk Thistle.

My questions are:

* Good idea? If not why?
* Has anybody else done a Dianabol cycle?If so how did you find it? (I have read on the internet of loads of people that have done Dianabol only cycles and it has worked for them)
* What is the best dosage of Nolvadex with 15mg Dianabol a day (5mg Dianabol 3 times a day)
* What is the best dosage for taking clomid and Nolvadex after my cycle?
* How long will Dianabol stay in my system after my 6 week course?
* Will I lose my mojo? :(
* WIll I have any major side effects from my dosage apart from water retention and mood swings etc....


I know that injections are the way to go but hey, This is all new to me and thought I would start of light and see how I get om, and then move to injections.

Im going to be honest, I read some stickys but not all. Im going to get reading and yea Im still in the learning phase. Im a n00b, but hey, everyone was a n00b at some stage.

10 stone, thats 140 lbs, really skinny, whatever you've been doing in the gym this past two years has not been very effective at all, you'd do well on a good beginners program like starting strength and start eating a hell of a lot more food, your diet and training are where your problems are at, using dianabol will not help you, you would need to put on forty pounds of muscle naturally before you'd be able to get any benefit from using any steroids, on top of that two weeks off every six weeks is way too much time off for a beginner...
 
I know it sucks to hear these guys shut ya down, but I have learn very fast here that they know their shit and help people the best way they can even if that means not helping you figure out a cycle. Most of these guys are great guys and when they think your ready they will help. My advice, Eat alot and eat clean, work your ass off in the gym.
 
Thanks for the comments guys, I will take your feedback on board and not be a douche like some people are. I am really trying to eat more, I wouldnt say I'm skinny for my height, I would say Im... ripped/toned? I dont eat junk food like sweets, chocolate, fast food, i dont drink i dont smoke im a healthy eater =) I do admitt I need to put on a bit of weight but I had surgery 2 years ago and had my stomach wrapped and lost 4 stone =( so its a challenge but im trying.

In regards to supplments would you think the ones I am taking are sufficient enough?
 
Wait, you don't know how tall you are? Who doesn't know how tall they are?

I think you're overly concerned with the level of your supplements, as if they have a major factor in how to get big. They really don't. Just eat a lot of food and supplement with whey etc but don't depend on the supplements. Check out the diet forum and post your typical diet for review.
 
Honestly, if you can't figure out how tall you are you are not ready for a cycle

Thanks for the replys guys, I will look in to all of it. RMS13 and jerome simpson , I have never been in a position where I needed to know my height so why would I want to know how tall I am as I am always growing? I have had noone ever ask me for my height except my doctor who measured me himself. Im just a weirdo I guess!
 
how tall are you and how old are you? need these numbers to properly assess... its fine to be new and to ask questions and its great that you have a good attitude... i am going to give you some helpful advice for the future... lose nolva from your mind and vocabulary... its just shit and its not going to do anything for you...

we need to know height and age bro... pretty important stats...
 
Um, how old are you? I stopped growing at 18. You've never had to list your stats for sports, or talked about height with friends? I just find it incredible u don't know your height. Don't you have it printed on your driver's license?

I am 25 I will try and find out what my height is. Here in the united kingdom (england) we dont normally go round telling our friends how tall we are? Is this a USA thing? :s . It does not appear on our driving license or any form of documentation nor ID here hence why I have never been asked it. I will try and find out though =)
 
not trying to be a dick here bro but if its that difficult just to figure out how tall you are then you have no reason at all to be running any aas...
 
check out the bulker in my signature. you will see that you just aren't eating enough ...

lots of guys from the UK are scrawny, not sure if its a genetic thing or just that you all go for that look... but bottom line is you gotta lift big to get big and you gotta eat big to get big.

if you want to look like a bodybuilder you gotta live the lifestyle of one.. this means reducing cardio, eating like a horse and throwing around lots of weights on an almost daily basis. no off days from your lifestyle, only an off day here and there to let the body and mind heal a bit.

Sorry about the delay guys, I finally have my height which is 5ft 7. weight is 10 stone.(140 pounds) I have been looking in to diet etc....and I am going to take the feedback on board. After all Im a noob. I have been doing a lot of research with supplements and came up with this combination:

I am thinking about taking:

Before the gym: PHD ISO synergy 7, with optimum superior amino 2222 and 1 serving of USN Anabolic Testo

During the gym: I will hopefully be taking Myprotein Vertigo Pure (Recovery drink 80 carbs in serving)

After the gym: I was thinking about taking Optimum Pro Complex Gainer with Optimum Superior Amino 2222

I have to get my head around Dianabol (oral) and what to take with it and what not as well as the safest way with milk thistle, and how nolvadex works and clomid.
I was only thinking about taking 15mg a day for 6-8 week cycle and see how I get on and then increase the dosage to 30mg. Im just unsure....
