1st Cycle

Hey-
I want to begin my first cycle soon and I have obtained
300/mg of Deca and 1000/mg of Test prop.
Is this a good 1st cycle and if so, how much do I take each week? I need to know how much more I'd need for a complete cycle.

if all you have is 300mg of deca and 1000mg of the test...the deca will last about a week and the test about 2 weeks...you will find that most people will recommend at least 500mg/week for at least 8 weeks and the deca around 300mg/week for 8 weeks and clomid following afterwards

u need to do 400mg/wk Deca for 8 weeks, and 500mg/wk test for 8 weeks.

3200mg Deca
4000mg Test

U need alot more.

You'll need a lot more.....Just keep your test to deca ratio 2:1...Example:

Weeks 1-8 Test XXXXXXXX Deca XXXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXX 500mg/wk XXXX 250mg/wk XXXXXX

...And you will need an Anti-estrogen and clomid for post cycle
