1st cycle

sup guys i am this is my second post but i have been around this board for about six months just reading. This is my first cycle and i just wanted to get your guys input . i am 20 220# 5'9 and i want to lean out becuase i am 12%bf. i am running.

week 1-8 spectro enathate 500mg week
week 1-4 thia dbol 30mb/ day
week 4-10 spectro tren 75 eod
.5 arimidex ed
clomid therapy when cycle ends

i was thinking about 3000 cals a day with 20 min cardio 5 days a week after workout . what do u guys think?
 
Run the arimidex at 1mg/day for at least the first 4 weeks,as you're running dual E/R activators.I would up the cardio to at least 30 minutes per session,because unless you're doing super-high intensity cardio,the first 15-20 minutes are likely just dipping into glycogen stores.It's after that where fatty acids are being freed and utilized as fuel.I would also do that cardio first thing in the a.m. on an empty stomach,as this again increase fatty acid utilization over running it later in the day.Just my.02.
 
thanks for the reply... so am cardio in the morning for 30 min would jogging be too much or i have one of those nodic trac ski machines? how long can i wait before for i do my cardio in the morning 15 min ok?
 
Sure,light jogging will be okay,and Nordic track would work terrific as well.The idea is just to get repetitive motion and tax the cardio system and keep it in that state for an extended period.As long as you do your cardio before eating anything in the a.m. or consuming caloric beverages,it will work fine,it doesn't have to be immediately.

Tren should be ED. I wouldn't do tren for a first cycle either. Drop the tren entirely for your first cycle. Don't need it one bit.

Why would drop Tren for 1st cycle? Frequent injections or just more than a newbie needs?
 
Nathan is correct. You do not know how your body will adapt to the juice. Tren is a great drug, but is very harsh and add the every day injections, it will make an uncomfortable cycle.

Try this for a first cycle.

Week 1-2 enanthate 750mg
Week 3-6 enenthate 500mg
Week 1-4 d-bol 25mg day
Week 7-8 Prop 100mg MWF

This will yield excellent results.
Inject Mon & Thur

I think you will like this cycle.

Lots of reasons. Both those you listed are very important. However, the real reason I wouldn't use it is that Your receptors are fresh on your first cycle and you can gain 25-30lbs. off a good first cycle if everyhting is in place, and that won't go up if you throw in tren really. Then if you hit tren for say a second cycle, your receptors will be fresh to it and you can gain another 25lbs. I just wouldn't waste that benefit right away. Bigmarco also had some valid points.

I get what your saying, but would doing mod doses of Tren for a first cycle, hinder gains from later cycles or is it just not beneficial to do the Tren first?

Well, I think if you did say 50mg eod of tren with your first cycle or whatever then it would add little in the way of gains, but if you then did 75mg ED for your next cycle I think it would be better had you not touched the fina before. That's how I see it anyway.
 
I disagree guys, I think tren is one of the best cutting drugs out there, and for the money, you can't beat it. I'd say run 50mg ED or 75-100mg EOD for the whole cycle (1-9) and forget the d-bol in the front. Just test/tren/ana and a low cal. diet w/ cardio. Some NYC or ECA would help out a lot too.

No one is denying that tren is a great cutting drug. Did you read our posts?
 
I have to agree with Nathan. I first used tren after having over ten cycles under my belt.

Price should not be a huge concern. With some good sources, test is comparativly cheap and of known quality.

With tren, you either have to make your own, or but premade of unknown quality.

I love tren. Best steroid I have ever used. Would I use it for my first cycle? No way. I would use human grade test and human grade deca. And I would grow like never before.
