I'm just getting into week 5 of 400ew test cyp.
Today I absolutely crushed my PB seated row. I did my previous PB for 8 on the 4th set, then feeling really aggressive, I threw another 80 on and got 4, then another 40 for 1.
I have gained 12 lbs of muscle and dropped to 14%bf according to a dexa scan.
My cardio (I love running) endurance has gone through the roof.
My poor, poor wife can't walk and gets scared when I walk into the room.
No sides to speak of.
On the negative side, my strength gains in my legs out paced my lower (old man) back. I have a little tweak in my low back from going for some huge weight (for me) on the squat. My form wasn't perfect, and now I'm hurting. I think as my back gets used to my new legs I'm going to stay at the Smith rack for a while.
I have 2 questions though:
1) Why the fuck didn't anyone ever tell me this was going to be so great a long time ago!!!!!!
2) Would someone please come up with a way for me to stay on this forever?
