1st cycle , test only? Help a nooob

Sooo Honest opinions here...

Option 1 -

Test prop 8 weeks
Nolva on hand if itch nips
adex during cycle to fight bloat...


Adex and Nolva completely different right...
adex is an A.I and Fights bloat and Acne and stuff right and
Nolva is a serm which stops gyno... that correct?

and pct HCG last two weeks and Nolva....

Pct- Forma, Post , Unleashed



What yall think.. i didnt post any mg on test because im not sure of the dose i want to take EOD. i wanted to start with a lower dose to have minimal sides at first.... what would yall recommend on the dosing for adex and test for 1st cycle..

so what yall think?

If u do beast or test use hcgenerate, unleashed, AND NOLVA.

Beast will shut you down just like test will so nolva is a must for both.

If you go with test/adex cycle...you don't wanna use the nolva on cycle, but do use it for pct. Adex is strong, you won't need the nolva during ur cycle.

Nolva= serm = actually elevates ur estrogen levels but blocks the receptor site so estrogen can't do its dirty work

Adex= arom inhib, AI= binds to estrogen and "kills it" - does not elevate estrogen, instead it just gets rid of it - therefore it works while ON cycle, best. It will block gyno, bloat, but not acne, that is a dht process - it has to do with the androgen receptor (not estrogen receptor) so acnetame may be advised for beast and test.

For the hcg. I personally do 250 ui x 2 per week= 500ui/wk on cycle
Then a maybe 1 wk after cycle but I don't use hcg all the way thru pct. Is raises lh directly, but the problem is your brain needs to take over - by injecting hcg, it raises test yes, but does so by throwing it into the middle of the hpta feedback loop. Basically, its just helping only one part of ur body...ur brain needs to recognize that ur body needs to elevate test on its own and hcg won't allow your brain to do that, sadly.

** rereading my post I lied to ya a bit.

Adex prevents the conversion** - but it does eliminate estrogen serum lvls up to 80% with correct dosage.

I do hcg thru whole cycle and not in pct. Don't go above 500ui/wk during cycle. It is key that you don't overuse hcg. It will lose effectiveness then you're phunkeeedddd up! You gotta use enough to speed up recovery/ keep ur gonads from shuttin down too much.
