1st CYCLE- Test E & clen

Hi guys,

Before I start here, I know that on 'still young' but please answer me without telling me that :) Thank-you.

Age: 22
Height: 6ft 1
Weight: 91kg/ 200pounds
Chest: 111cm
Waist: 94cm
Arms: 41cm
Training: on/off 4-5 years. (on for last year solid)

I eat clean with about 150-180g protein per day.

Thinking of starting my first cycle. Originally thought of Anavar but it is too expensive, so I decided I want to start Test E.

Going to do 250mg p/week for 10 weeks (I know its a low dose but I don't want to put big size on, just enough to be noticeable). Also was thinking of doing CLEN with it so that I can gain good solid muscle from the Test E and also lose some BF with the Clen.

PCT i haven't decided yet. (either between nolva, clomid?)

Can anyone else give me their opinion of this as well as the correct cycle for TEST E, Clen and the PCT...? Also anything to watch out for?

I know most of you will tell me to do 500mg of test per week, but its my 1st cycle so I thought I'd play it safe.

just do the test cycle on its own and see how you react...clen can have some nasty sides..anxiety and headaches amongst others.

your diet and training will dictate your bf loss and test will help build muscle.
you could do with more protein in your diet btw...300-400g .

i dont think you will gain much from 250mg seems your a young fella and your natty test is high as is...
but i am glad to see you are not running multiple compounds or some dumb ass high doses on your first run.

clomid can make you feel like shit but some folks still swear by it.

for your cycle i would pct with forma stanzol,hcgenerate,phytoserms 347 and some unleashed+postcyle.
have all this stuff on hand before you start the cycle.

drink plenty of water and keep your diet tight.

I have done Clen on its own before so not too worried about that.
The biggest issue i have here is the PCT (when to take it, dose, which pct etc.)

Could I get away with just using clomid or nolva by itself? Surely such a low dose wont need ALL of those?
 
Good choice for a starting cycle. Set out a pct and we will correct/tweak. Not going to do it for you.

The research will do you a world of good.

I bought some clen but its destined for the toilet after talking to bros on here. I take the advice of the members here very seriously, i hope you do too.

It's not just your age--you have not done enough training--1 year solid is nothing/nada/nil--and it shows in your measurements

Plus, you need to lose weight--your chest is 43.5 inches and your waist is almost 38??? That is not someone in need of gear--you need to get your diet in check :RADAR

Now I will say it, your stats scream of a bro looking for a short cut--and while not limited to the young--it's typical.

I stand behind you here Eddy.

The test will raise your blood pressure. Clenbuterol can cause heart issues. Taking them together might not be a good idea.
 
I've heard taking a small dose of Test E at my age is not such a bad thing as you can gain good muscle AND keep it. I'm not a small guy as it is, and my BF is 10%. I train about 5-6 days a week and 3 days cardio. I do high intensity training. Not really looking for a short cut as I am growing steadily, I just wanted a little bit of a boost.

For a PCT, i was thinking just doing clomid at 100/100/50/50, 2 weeks after last injection (OR nolva at 40/40/20/20). Do u need anything else? (It is a very low dose of test)
I'e done a lot of research with regards to the PCT and at that low dose there are SO many opinions. Some say to take about 5-6 different things, with others saying 1 will be sufficient?! :/

With regards to the Clen, maybe I'll do it with my PCT? I've done it before with NO issues and know how to dose it correctly and I am pretty good at reading my body.

My diet I feel is in check. I eat very cleanly and eat quite a lot of protein spread out between 5-7 meals p/day.

The bottom line is if your diet is in check ,Why are you so outta shape?

You gotta build a good foundation for steroids to work, you can't build rome on a pile of toothpicks!

Forget your plan, invest in a fat burner and some N2KTS ,you need to be getting 2 grams of protein for every lb of bodyweight!
Diet determines how you look ,not steroids!


Your PCT sucks also!


Also relying on clen to loose weight ,this is the area i frown upon, clen stresses the heart and central nervous system, expect long term problems if you continue this route.
Fasted morning cardio would be much better, it lower your BP, strengthens your cardiovascular system, raises your BMR and turns your body into a fat burning machine ,it's a win,win situation all around!

Fasted cardio is when you do cardio on an empty stomach 12-16 hr from your last meal, the longer the fast the quicker the fat loss, afterwards your body is screaming for nutrients, have a protein shake ,an hr later you can eat solid foods, be sure in doing cardio you do several all out bursts to full run until you're winded slow dow repeat again, this will raise your BMR which in turn will allow you to burn fat all day long.
