1st Cycle Sus only PCT

I am on my 3rd week of a 10 week Sus250 first time cycle. Things are going well so far (I have gained 8 lbs already) but I have a question regarding my PCT. I plan on taking Nolvidex only PCT. My concern is exactly how much. Im not certain as to how shut down I may be after 10 weeks of 250mg. From my reading, I tend to believe that I wont be as shut down as I once thought with this light of a cycle. Please correct me if you've experienced otherwise. With that said, can anyone suggest Nolva dosages for me based on thier own experiences? I will start teh Nolva 3 weeks after my #10 injection. For the record, I am 34 years old, 198 lbs 6'3 and 13% BF.

PCT 3 weeks after last injection of sust is perfect. Also, I'm glad to hear from someone who is seeing good results from a sensible cycle. Many on this board will tell you that 250 mg/week of test is too little to see results from.

Anyway, 3 weeks of 40 mg Nolva ED has done the trick for me with heavier cycles than that. I'm 38, 170lb, 16% BF.

250 mg 10 weeks it not alot at all IMO. But yeah run nolva at the end. I was on 500 mg of Sust for 10 weeks and i'm in my 3rd week of PCT. I'm using 40mg Nolva ED, however you could probably get away with 20.

I used Nolva like this when I came of my last Sust cycle.

Wk 13 Nolva 40mg
Wk 14 Nolva 20mg
Wk 15 Nolva 20mg
Wk 16 Nolva 10mg

I did use HCG aswell but I was taking 3 compounds and more Sust so you will be fine with just the Nolva. I had an excellent PCT, I couldnt have hoped for better.

last injection for test. 3 weeks after last injection for things like deca and eq.

How long you wait after injection to start PCT is determined by the half-life of the compound being used. Sust and deca both have half-lives of about 14 days (the weighted average half-life for the esters in sust) so 3 weeks after last injection is called for.

14 days = 2 weeks.....start pct 2 weeks after last injection

decanoate is slow getting through the body, it has a half life of 15plus
days. That's why I wait 3 weeks before starting pct with that.

Ok guys so, what should I really do, start it 2 weeks or 3 weeks after my last injection?

And yes, nydi66-- I am getting results from just 250 per week. In fact, I know my body couldnt handle any more, because as of yesterday, anxiety hit me big time and I Know I couldnt take anymore. Also heart rate is up slightly, or its beating harder, one of the two.

do you wait 3 weeks and then start, or do you start at the beginning of the
3rd week?
