Week 1 to 13: 10mg Nolvadex daily
Week 1 to 10: 400mg of EQ weekly
Week 1 to 10: 500mg TEST weekly
wk 13 - 40mg nolva+ 100mg clomid daily
wk 14 - 30mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily
wk 15 - 20mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily

is this too much for a newbie to the dark side? not to working out or eating clean??

Since you already have nolva I won't tell you how much better AIFM is for anti-e.
Your cycle looks fine. You should do very well with that.

depends on what the nolva cost you- but likely cheaper
using AIFM (or other aromatase inhibitor) will increase the amount of testosterone you maintain (since little of it will be converted to oestrogen). Nolva does not inhibit conversion, it just competes with oestrogen for binding to the estrogen receptor

U could, but there would be no point. Like macro said, An Aromatase inhibitor stops the test from converting to estrogen. Nolv simply blocks estrogen from binding. However, if there is no estrogen to bind, then what would be the point of the nolvadex??

firstly i can't believe no one has said you need to run eq for 14 weeks, 12 minimum and that is still not long enough. 10 weeks is a waste. you are gonna want hcg for your pct as well after using test for that long.

I don't agree with that. You can use eq for 10 weeks. The reason a lot of people run it so long is that is takes so long to kick in. But you can do it and get great results.

yeah you can get results on it in 10 weeks i was kind of high in bf% and still got veiny in 10 weeks the stuff works good but i just can tolerate this stuff
