1st cycle plans.

I'm planning on doing a cycle of 400mg test a week for 10 weeks, 30mg day of d-bol for the first 5 weeks and 20mg of nolvadex a day for 15 weeks. I'm 20, 170lbs 12%bf and have been working out properly for the last 3 years. I could get bigger naturally but it's just gotta be done :p
If I keep a strict v high protein diet which is around 1500 cals more than usual a day what sort of gains can I expect and anything else I should consider? Thanks bros.
 
Hey Bro I know how hard it is to put size on naturally but if you get your diet on your going to see some pretty good gains.The reason I say this is because I know some young guys that started at your age and now they dont think they can gain muscle without gear.Your natural test levels are pretty high in your late teens in to your early twentys.IMHO I would say try another year natural but up your cals as if you're on gear you might suprise yourself PEACE BRO.

I agree, no gear is needed at all. You are doing yourself a diservice in the long run by doing gear.
 
I've been wanting to get on steroids since I was 17 lol. I may wait until 21 but no longer, I'm 21 in only a couple of months anyway.
 
Just remember Bro there is alot of experience on these boards. Take into cosideration what people are saying. We have all been there, just trying to help ya out. Good Luck!

Well that is a very unwise move. But, do what you will, thats how natural selection works.
 
I did my first cycle at 22.. I would not use any D-BOl for a first, just Test at 400-500mg / week for 10 - 12 weeks.

Have a rock solid PCT in place. I would run Nolva and Clomid together.. Check the PCT forum for advice there.

Thanks, bro, I'm probably going to add clomid in around week 13
 
With what people are saying here I'm reconsidering my options. I'm 20 yrs old (21 very soon), 210lbs, 10%bf, 5'8", and lifting for 6 years. Here is the cycle I planned out for my first cycle ever:

Week 1-8
75mg/day test prop
50mg/day tren ace
50mg/day winny (yes, 8 weeks)

Week 9 HCG 1000iu/day 20mg/day nolva
Week 11 100mg/day clomid
Week 12 50mg/day clomid
Then 20mg/day of nolva

Too much? Too young? Not big enough?

Yes too much and yes too young. Bro your natural hormones are raging, keep lifting and work on the diet and workout routine for a few years. You can do incredible things and IMO you do not need nor should take gear.

But dude, I want to be AAP big! ;) I bet I have been lifting longer than the majority of people on this site that began to juice. Arnold probably began at 16 and Flex began at 15. Honestly, I think I have built a base that most people would be proud to exhibit, I just want to take to the next step.

Well if you are going to do it anyways then why ask if I (we) think you are too young? You asked my opinion and I told you, so go ahead and do what you were going to do anyways and don't ask questions you have already answered for yourself.

And I got you beat, I have been lifting since I was 2. I had a 10 lb baby bottle with whey in it. ;)

No, I do care what you guys think. It wasn't a non-answerable question. I just feel having a few more mgs of test in my body gives everyone the right to say I shouldnt juice versus someone 10years older and has lifted for 6 months gets the green light everytime.
What, I could put on maybe another 5lbs of muscle over the course of 2-3 years but c'mon, I already feel like my natural size is maxed out. 210, 10%bf, 5'8" pretty good I say.

If you can make a good argument, maybe even with some references, I will stop.
