1st cycle of dbol. Need some helpful advice plz

Its alright.... I appreciate the critism...at least its honest.
Ive already bought the dbol so ill probably take it away just to see what happens... 1 cycle wont kill me... I just want to figure out the best possibly way to keep the mass

Honestly, it sounds like you need to up your calories to around 4000 a day. You need to do this through quality food, not shakes and isoflex. You also need a solid workout routine, which from your body stats, you do not have.

Spend time in the Diet and Weightlifting sections, and learn what needs to be done through routine and nutrition. AAS is not the "quick fix" you're looking for. You need a solid base, which you are sorely lacking at this point. With proper training and diet modifications, you should be able to hit 250lbs easily without AAS. If you can't/don't, you are doing something very wrong.

Why ask for advice when you wont listen anyways...please dont waste our time if you are just going to act like one of those kids that give AAS a bad name by using it without having any clue what they are doing...its called abuse.

When you want to get serious, let us know, since now we pretty much figure you wont listen to us anyways, good luck on getting help from the vets....just saying...

don't count shakes as calories.

bro there are vets on this board and we have seen it all..

I see skinny young dudes who have no experience in the gym and don't know how to lift. benches probably 200 even though he is over 6 feet.
carries around a tub of protein powder mixed with milk or water and then think that they are gonna grow off of that.. do 5 or 6 sets and spend most of the time socializing.. then leave the gym after 25 minutes and don't grow and blame it on metabolism.

does this sound familiar? not saying this is you but I bet there are thousands of young dudes out there who fit this bill who are jumping on AAS everyday.

here is what you should be doing. EAT (a lot of clean REAL food, complex carbs, proteins, good fats), SLEEP (7-10 hours a night depending on the individual), take the wonderful supps that are legal and easily available (unleashed, gear, powerchews, creatine), lift hard (I would set up splits and hit the weight room 5-6X per week for 80 minutes, 15 sets.. compound lifts to start then isolate)

you will start gaining if you do this, you do not need AAS. you are light years away

Take ur body weight multiply by 20, that number is the amount of calories you should be eating a day to gain mass. Take that total and divided it up between 50 percent carbohydrate, 30 percent protein, 20 percent fat. Do this every day training days or non raining days.
I was 155 pounds at 6 foot as well I was ready to jump right on my first cycle until I've learned what I did in this forum! So I change my lifting routine from bodybuilders exercises to the big compound movements that build mass and more importantly I change my diet!
IMO 2500 calories is nowhere near enough to build, 4 example I am eating a minimum of 3400 right now at 170 pounds. It took me about 6 months to put that weight on and my bf% hasn't changed much. Give this a try for year or 2 n you will see results, then maybe you can try some a a s. That's my plan anyway and it seems to be the working so far. People are starting to notice the good clean wait I've put on. Oh' 1 more thing I did Was cut my cardio From 3mile run 3 times a week to a nice long walk twice a week. You might want to consider this is well specially if you have a high metabolism wake me.
Just my opinion.

My workout routine:

Monday- chest
Tues- shoulders
Wed - rest
Thursday- bicep/tricept
Fri- back
Sat- rest
Sunday- legs/full body

I spend about 45 min 1 hr at the gym. Usually 5-6 different exercises. But i lift heavy, till my muscles r dead.

id do a little more research on aas, and while ur doing all that research make sure ur eating and lifting. Got to have a solid base before building. Its like builing a skyscraper, gotta have a good structure and foundation before u start putting all the extras on

this is a good split for a women maybe who just wants to tone up, but its weak for a guy wanting to pack on muscle. this is what you do.

day 1. pushing
day 2. pulling
day 3. LEGS

you have a rest day when its NEEDED, not when you want.

you don't do your legs on 1 day and then do FULL BODY in the same workout. and now we know your problem. you have no trunk at all. your legs are the most important part of your body weight. dedicate an entire workout to them. and hit every muscle group every 4-5 days. along with a ridiculous diet, if you aren't breaking the bank at the supermarket than you aren't eating enough. and then you will be 175 pounds before you know it. you should look to be 200 pounds before juicing at your height!
