Here is a cycle recommended to me by a buddy of mine who actually runs a lab. He said, and I quote, "it's a safe, effective, and easy cycle." Please don't degrade me, make fun of me, or tell me how stupid I am. I need some serious advice. I was completely bashed by some assholes on another board. I didn't even come up with this cycle, although I have been researching this for a long long time.
Anyway, I'm 26, 5'8, 170 lbs, about 9% body fat. I have a small frame that I've been trying to break out of for about 3 or 4 years, but I'm a hardgainer. I eat a very healthy diet...6-7 meals a day. I take in about 5000 calories a day. I just want to do one cycle so I can break out of that small frame. I won't do any injectibles because well, I totally hate needles. After this cycle, I'm calling it quits, but I just wanted an opinion.
Building phase 6 weeks:
7-7-7-7-7-7 tabs dianabol daily (35mg daily).
12 days of clomid afterward.
4 week break in-between
Cut Cycle 9 weeks:
0-0-0-0-100-100-100-100-0 mg winstrol weekly.
1-2-2-2-0-0-0-0-0 cytomel daily.
3-4-5-0-0-0-3-4-5 clenbuterol daily
