1st cycle I've ever done

Hey guys, I'm def new to the "elite" game, so I'm hopin you can give me some good pointers and info for me to work with. Right now I'm on the 2nd week of my 1st cycle I've ever done. Im currently taking sust 250 and oral d-bol. I'm 26 yo, 6'0", 245lbs, i got body fat, but im not a butter ball lol, i been in the gym pretty habitually for about 5 years. I did the whole "supplements" thing and got ok results, and I needed something to take me to the next 20 levels. With the sust and d-bol, i have the tomax (I've had gnyo before in HS, not steroid enduced just genetic i guess and got it surgically removed) and I'm taking animal pak, ON aminos 2222 and fish oil everyday. I do an injection of 1cc of sust everyother day and 1cc of the d-bol everyother day as well. I feel great on it, I do get pretty sore from the injections, and from what I read on the web this is pretty common? Only thing that is kind of weird for me is im constantly sweating, especailly at nite. But i do get this way from other stuff too, especially prednisone and what i did t-bomb II and sarm x (what a waste of money that was, ughh). So if anyone has any imput or pointers for me, that would be great.

Yeah the guy who set me up with everything said this way is good as well. And the 1cc he said would be fine, and hes pretty seasoned in this field, i just dont want to constantly bother him with questions.
 
geeze bro, that's a shitload of Test for a 1st cycle. On my 1st and 2nd cycles, I did 250mg A WEEK of test and saw awesome results.
 
I'll give him a call today and see whats up, maybe back down the sust to .5cc? besides the dosages, anything else I should or shouldnt be doing? My diet is pretty healthy, I'm not really counting calories and carbs tho, which i probably should be doing. I drink mainly isolate protiens except for casien at nite time, Pro complex, wheybolic 60, and 100% casien.
 
bro if your taking sust every other day at 1 cc that works out to 750mg/weekly

If he's doing Sust 250 every other day that would be 1000mg a week!!! Holy shit man that is pretty nuts for a first cycle!

You should be taking 2 shots a week and taking the dbol every day for about 4 weeks.
Your cycle should look like this:
1-10 Sust 500mg wk (250 Monday, 250 Thursday) or whatever days you want
1-4 Dbol 20-30mg every day
You better have Arimidex and Nolva on hand just in case, especially since you are prone to gyno it seems.

I would back down on the test bro...are you sure its legit? You should notice alot pretty quick because of all that prop. I wouldnt run anymore than 300-500mg for a first run...you simply dont need more. Get advice from people on here to be honest your guy doesnt sound to smart starting a beginer with those dosages...do you know what PCT is? Ancillaries like nolvadex/arimidex/aromasin are?? Give us a list of what you eat/drink throughout the day as well

Yeah I have tomax for gyno and clomid for my PCT. My guy is pretty knowledgeable, maybe not for beginners? I def can see results from my cycle, especially in my arms, chest and shoulders. I'm doin this because I want to get bigger, I mean I'm a pretty good size now, I'm just not happy with it. The other reason is after you go through HS with gnyo (i had to pay for the surgery myself, so i didnt have it done till about sophomore year in college) you get pretty fed up with people, and tired of fighting. I just want to be a size where no one will fuck with me anymore. sounds kinda childish, but im real self consious about myself. My diet is typically something liek this:

breakfast - oatmeal or cereal, protein shake OR 4 eggs, dark whole grain toast with some peanut butter

snack - protein shake, 40g

Lunch - Turkey/ham/roastbef/or whatever deli meat i have, sandwich on whole grain with a slice of cheddar, apple or banana, cup of yogurt

snack - protein shake 40g

Post Workout - 60g protein shake

dinner - chicken/steak/pork/fish/or any kind of lean meat, fresh veggies (not canned), potato or brown rice, salad

Bedtime - Casien 40g

and all i drink is water and a glass or 2 of milk, no sodas, no beer, ect....

Your diet needs work bro..at 265lbs you cant have these"snack" meals...its for girls,especially if you want to grow....Your not going to get energy from having a shake before the gym you need food...oatmeal, good fats things like that...I will PM you a nice bulk diet

Good plan. Almost as good as asking cycle advice 2 weeks in
