1st cycle info

What would you guys recommend for a stack that:

1. will have the least side effects
2. not so much growth that my employer will suspect something (7-10 muscle)
3. a good cycle for a beginner (1st cycle)

Im 28 y/o, 6'5" 190 lbs........havn't been training long.......this is for a later date (after Ive been training for a while)

you could try some test 250mg a week with a good pct but you will grow
and it will be notice but its good for a first cycle, your best bet is some creatine and protein shake train hard and you will get your goal

Standard answer is 500mg/ew test cyp or enth for 8-10 weeks. Diet will be key, so dial that in first and have some anti-e's on hand. Study pct and have it all on hand before you start your cycle.

First person to ever get this.

250-500mg test e for 10-12 wks should be fine for a first.
 
yAh dude listen to them 500 ew of test is a great way to grow your 6'5 190 jesus thats lean throw some dbol in there too 50mg ed for 1-4 weeks =)

Gotta disagree. I think test is a bad choice for a first timer and 12 weeks is too long.

What I don't get is...if you don't want to get TOO big, why do gear? Train hard, use UNLEASHED and BIG BLAST, eat more meat and eggs and you'll grow with no side effects at all.

And not for nothin' f you're afraid that your boss will think you're too muscular, jucin' ain't for you.
 
not for nothing bro since you havent been training for too long you definitly have not reached your natural potential. just try fixing up your diet, add in maybe some vitamins, and stay dedicated!
