What are your opinions on running sust at 250mg/week for 6 weeks as a first cycle? Would it be better to run it for a shorter time…i.e 4 weeks? Im not trying to get too bulky, therefore I was thinking of running it with Winny, Primo, or Anavar if I can get my hands on some. Would it make a big difference if I just used sust alone as opposed to stacking it with one of those? Would taking Clen with it make a difference? Meal 1: Cereal, Fruit, Protein shake
Meal 2: 3 egg whites, Cottage cheese, Brown Rice
Meal 3: Tuna Sandwich, Fruit yogurt
Meal 4: Protein Shake (pre work out)
Meal 5: Meat (steak, chicken, turkey), Veggies, yogurt, fruit (post wo)
Meal 6: Cottage Cheese, Protein Shake (before bed)
Supplements: GNC mens vitamins(morning), Vitamin C, Glutamine Powder(after w/o), Twin Lad Amino Fuel(before w/o)
This is my workout schedule: always start with 10-12 min on the bike and end with 15 min of abs. Each w/o consists of about 3 sets of 12 on 4 different types of exercize.
Mon: Chest
Tues: Back
Wed: Arms
Thurs: Legs
Fri: Mainly Cardio, take it easy with weights
Sat: Shoulders
Sun: Off
