1st cycle help

What are your opinions on running sust at 250mg/week for 6 weeks as a first cycle? Would it be better to run it for a shorter time…i.e 4 weeks? Im not trying to get too bulky, therefore I was thinking of running it with Winny, Primo, or Anavar if I can get my hands on some. Would it make a big difference if I just used sust alone as opposed to stacking it with one of those? Would taking Clen with it make a difference? Im looking for definition and quality muscle, not being bloated and smooth. Any wisdom would be much appreciated. Secured emails are always welcome: [email protected]

My info:
Age 23, 5’9 165lbs

Diet:
Meal 1: Cereal, Fruit, Protein shake
Meal 2: 3 egg whites, Cottage cheese, Brown Rice
Meal 3: Tuna Sandwich, Fruit yogurt
Meal 4: Protein Shake (pre work out)
Meal 5: Meat (steak, chicken, turkey), Veggies, yogurt, fruit (post wo)
Meal 6: Cottage Cheese, Protein Shake (before bed)
Supplements: GNC mens vitamins(morning), Vitamin C, Glutamine Powder(after w/o), Twin Lad Amino Fuel(before w/o)

This is my workout schedule: always start with 10-12 min on the bike and end with 15 min of abs. Each w/o consists of about 3 sets of 12 on 4 different types of exercize.
Mon: Chest
Tues: Back
Wed: Arms
Thurs: Legs
Fri: Mainly Cardio, take it easy with weights
Sat: Shoulders
Sun: Off
 
Personally for a first cycle to fit your goals I would go with
Test at 500mg/week for 8-10 weeks
Liquidex at .25mg/Day through out until your finished your clomid therapy. Train hard, keep up a good diet and you'll get the results your after

Anagy, what's up brother? I'd hold off on the juice (you must be sick of hearing that from me). You have alot of room to grow at 5'9" 165...just eat more.
 
I agree with bulldog when it comes to reaching your natural potential before leaping into juice. But, I have a few friends who were at the same stats as anagy and had amazing gains from small cycles. Just from what have seen, as long as they have a decent base, learner lighter guys get the better results. Again, im not talking about pros here though. If you were younger i would have a completly different opinion.
 
I agree with Bulldog Bro, Lift natural for a bit more and you will grow. However if your realy determined then follow Mustangs advice, Stick with one compound its all you need and youll be able to see how you react to test.
 
Thats almost my exact height and weight combo before I did my first cycle, which was Sus only. I personally ran 250mg every Monday and Thursday and took in about 400 to 500 grams of protein a day. I started at 5'10" 168 and ended at 6' 193. OK so actually I ended at 5'10" but I did actually gain 25 pounds after running Sus alone for 8 weeks, but then again I was 27 at the time. I looked enormous due to the water retention, (well enormous compared to my usual) but I'll take looking strong just as quick as being strong! Oh, BTW when all was said and done I leveled out at about 180.
 
well dood, if u insist on taking the leap, i would definately run the test for longer than 6 weeks. 8 at the least. Just see how u do with that. Dont worry about winny's and primo's yet.
