1st Cycle for football player

Hey Everyone,
I am looking to start my first cycle want to gain about 15-20. looking to get ALOT stronger faster and bigger


Here are a few of my stats:
Age:20
Height:5"11
Weight:185
Bench Max:265 weak in bench
Squat Max:395
Football Position:fullback

seems real small for a fullback, I'm 6'0 190

squat 400

dead 450

and I'm a tailback, of coarse i also run a 4.3 sec 40

what part of the country you from?

You need to read the rules bro...
we dont give AAS advice to under 21's on EF.

At 20 you have lots of potential left for natty gains.

You could easily gains 15 lbs on a good bulking diet, check out the diet section.

Good luck .
 
you need to eat more and lift smarter... check out diet and training section, come back here in 3-4 years... trust me you will be happy you waited.

learn to use your youth to reach your maximun potential and learn to eat food that build muscle, you should be getting 2 grams of protein for every pound of bodyweight
