Give me a break, you guys are after me like a nanny after an infant that swalloed a dice or something. I am aware of what you are talking about, and about my diet and training, I wasn't born with 175 lbs, I have gained 25 lbs in those 2 years of training and I do throw in 2500-3000 of clean calories into my stomach, no offense. I really appreciate the advise sir, but most of the big guys telling kids this stuff have started steriods when they were below 20 themselves.
I am on a research at the moment thats why I'm here looking for some answers from you matured guys. I just wanna give it a shot, that can start me off.

I'll repeat myself. 4000 calories a day. Do that for a year, and in the mean time study up on using steroids.
No one here is gong to advocate anyone to use this stuff if they clearly are not ready to do so.
The big guys tell the young guys this stuff because they realize their mistake.
A 175 6'2 dude doesn;t need steroids. Period. He needs food.
