A friend of mine wants to start his first cycle of EQ only..
He plans to frontload 600mg the first week and then 400mg for 10 more weeks + 200mg the last week..
He has been training for about 3 years with poper nutrition and plenty of sleep...
He wants to pack on 10-12 lbs of lean muscle.
Is it enough gear for this aim???
