You need to include your stats (body weight, height, ~BF%), and also what kind of doses you are going to be on. Generally though, the gains are quit good. Last summer, I was on deca/d-bol at 400mg/wk and 30mg/day and went from 195lbs. to 215lbs (at 6'1"). That was even while working a shit job and running my ass of every night.....talk about cardio! Anyway, I'm on virtually the same cycle again now, and have gone from 205 to 215 in less than 3 weeks. I don't even have a job this summer, so I am expecting to reach 225 easily. Hopefully I settle in at about 215-218 post cycle. I'm doing 50mg winny eod starting in week 5, and clen at the very end.........all to help keep the gains.
PS. Never experienced deca dick, if anything I'm hornier than usual. Its probably different for everybody.
