1st cycle??? Any suggestions

Ok... I would like to start a cyle but don't know what would work best for me and would like to know some suggestions. I am 6'4" 186lbs 34yrs. old and have my ass consistantly at the gym 4 days a week. I really could use some real advice here!!! THANKS...
 
i would like to give you advice... but i think its up to you... just look around, find out info on all the gear and their prices and you decide, write a cycle and then we will critique it ;)

Using the gear is very complicated and what you use and how much you use depends on where you are today and where you want to be in the future. You will need to do some serious research. Don't just take random advice about what to inject into your body that cause serious side effects. There are many people here that will provide advice and guidance as you begin the process, but you will have to do the leg work.

There are plenty of sites that provide excellent information and you can read other people's cycles and critques.

I am now on my second stack, the first one only consisted of D-Ball and T-3 I gained 12 lbs of mass and lost about 5lbs of fat I was more than happy with my results from just 6wks. This time i have gone to 25mg deca-wk,50mg anadrol-Day,50mg of winstrol-Day, And200mg test enanthate-wk so far i have been very pleased but i will cut out the anadrol after 3-4 wks depending on the results i have at that time. I am 6'1" 185 lbs and gaining fast.

are you serous with this shit? it's his first cycle bro, plus the fact that he only weigh's 186lbs. i can't believe you would suggest that. as for bellix1, it seems to me you need to get your diet and training in check. at 6'4 186lbs you are very skinny. what is your diet like?
 
He's also 34yrs old, many ppl start out in their teens and early, early twenties.

I suspect his training is sub-par, but unless he gets a decent trainer or training partner, it's not going to get much better.

I'd rather see him not use steroids at all, however.
 
Diet.... Breakfast is oatmeal, juice, banana, yogurt 8oz. and a 40 gram protien shake. LUNCH, at least 2 chicken breast, salad, and rice or veg with water or juice. SNACK... 2 slices pizza and a protien bar. DINNER... 1lb pasta that I eat 1/2 then and 1/2 before bed, a veggie and some bread with water or juice or Ice tea. I will also consume another protien shake before my workout and a cell-tech drink after my workout. I workout for 45 minutes to and hour sunday night, monday night, wednesday morning and friday night. I also hav e been taking Animal Stak for 2 weeks now. PLEASE... any help is welcome ! I can take a hit and laugh... Yea, I am 34 and I am doing something about how I look. I'm 6'4" and I want some mass on these bones and I am willing to hear some shit and work for it. I quite smoking cold turkey 1 year ago like it was nothing because I am not going to stand still and look like the fat, unhealthy and aging fools I see everyday!!! SO HELP ME.... please.. Thanks !
 
bro, your bodyfat isn't really that high if you are 186 and 6'4"
I think for your diet you really should hit more protein. Tuna, eggs, are just few to mention...
When I get ready for the cycle, I really get prepared. 32 lbs of protein/MRP powder...
Just sit down once and figure out what your protein/carb/fat intake would be like with that kind of diet.
On your cycle don't be too conserned about high carbs, eat like a mofo - 3000-4000 calories a day a must... Estimate your protein intake to be 300-350 grams a day...

as far as cycling AAS goes, it's up to you... pricewise, etc.
usually run simply Omna or Sust or Cyp at 500 a week. Don't forget anti-e. but depends if you are gyno prone (no one wants that one). Run Liquidex at .50 a day...

Search a lot on AAS profiles. just pick few names and run searches. You are not on the hurry. Don't screw it up. If you screw up and end up with gyno or some other shit, you will be like one of those fucks who simply draws unwanted attention to AAS and tells sad story how they harmed his/her life.

you are gonna be fine... do searches and ask questions if you cannot find any answers. there are lots of nice bros on this board who will help you with answering your questions.
Just don't ask for sources (you are gonna get scammed and laughed at).

500mg of Test would be plenty for a first time user.

I dunno I kinda like this Pusher guy... he has some bullheaded ways of thinking, but tends to back them up with sound advice... I thought his cycle theory was bunk also, but considering, the mans age etc... it makes one think...

Most first-time users are in their late teens or early twenties, and getting natural T levels back to normal is a prime concern. This guy is 34 years old, I'm assuming he's already made his choice concerning procreating children, so T levels arn't a prime concern.

Experience tells us that there isn't much difference in terms of side effects between 500mgs and 1000mg's. The only difference you'll see is in terms of gains.

The dbol is used for liver related IGF-1 release, which a lot of dbol's gains can be attributed to.

If you're going to use steroids, do it right and don't piss those gains down the toilet.

Let's call a hooker a hooker and be honest here. The wise owl outside my window tells me that most likely this guy will never decide on what to use, and if he ever did, he'd have no idea where to get the products he needs.

Procede with caution, boys, but don't take too long to go over the speedbumps.

The guy wants advice people! He doesnt want to here all you bitch at eachother. A good ol' starter cycle could just be 250mg of sust or omna every week. Or 350mg a week. I did it and like it a lot! Run it with .5 of liquidex EOD or ED. I guess that all depends on how prone you are to gyno. Its a good first cycle. :D

YO !!!!.... Guys, I did not mean to start a war here. I was just looking for a starting point. Besides my diet, which is obviously not near enough from what I can see now, and age I will tell you that yes I am or would be a first time user and I do have a clean supply of whatever I want should I choose to do this. AND>>> 34 does not mean I am dead and buried !!!! I aint got a grey hair and I still look 23 and my girlfriends range in age from 17-22 !!! And no they are not ASS ugly, but I do know that I am "older".. Im a little sensative about the age thing. I just want to put on some good lean mass... Like 30-40lbs. max... I just want to look thicker and better then most. I am not going to compeat or go into any contests... remember I am too old !!!... THANKS Guys,, I really do appreiciate some of the solid advice I have gotten and you can email me off-line as my direct email is listed in my profile.

as "good" of a joke as your advice of running test at 1 g, damn it...

this is simply waste of my time while trying to help a newbie... Next time better to skip this kind of comments and PM newbies. One more lesson for me to learn...
