1st cycle any good????????

ok here is my first cycle ever, I have been lifting for about 3 years now, I don't know what to start with, here are my options

500mg week of test e

or

250 of week of test e and 15mg of D-bol

I am thinking that the 500mg of test e would be better on my liver, my question is do I take all 500mg in one day or does it matter if I divide it into 2 days....also when do I take the clomid? during or after the cycle?

If you have to make a choice go with 500 wk of Test E

Dosing: 250mg Monday and Thursdays

Don't mean to flame you, but if you're asking whether or not to take clomid during or after the cycle, you don't need to be thinking about starting your first cycle. RESEARCH! USE THE SEARCH BUTTON!
 
1-10 - test E 500mgs/EW (250mgs M and Tr)
1-4 - 30mgs/dbol/ED (jumpstarter since test wont be hittin till 3-4th week)
12-16 - Nolva (50-50-25-25) agguys.com

You should be fine with that but you may need HCG some swear by it for proper PCT.

I agree 100%, before starting that cycle read as much as you can on here for the next month or so. And No you dont need to take clomid during a cycle, EVER....research PCT as much as possible.

As far as the cycle:

forget about the DBOL-- do 500mg Test E and split into 2 weekly injections to keep blood levels as stable as possible.
 
Not sure what your stats are but I went from 200 to 220 on 250mgs of test ent each week for 10 weeks.
I knew nothing of pct and dropped back down to 206.
Keep in mind what you gain and what you keep is determined by a proper bbing diet and proper pct.

No offense, but you need to do a lot more research. I recomend you don't touch anything for right now.
 
For starters i would'nt go with test on the first run ... wait to use it later after you get gains from other compounds that you stand a better chance of keeping ...


Primo under 300mg a week should'nt pose to much issues , if you must stack it with an oral i'd go with anavar ...

These two in combination will not shut you down and cause a crash like test cycles of equal strength will ...

Go moderate first and let your body adjust to minor gains first before smacking yourself with a high test cycle that " may " pack it on " but " you will likly loose most of the gains if your knowledge of PCT is at a novice level .

Run a six weeker of primo and var and you will see results and you will stand a good chance of keeping them if you re-adjust your diet to feed the extra muscle tissue you now have ...
