1st cycle advise please

noone is criticizing you... everyone is trying to help you... this is not the place for people that are touchy or catch feelings quickly... your going to get the truth here, whether its what you want to hear or not... people are looking out for your best interest man...

your body fat is too high right now... you need to get it down some before you run a cycle...

your sust dosage is completely wrong... you can do sust 500 mg a week... you would never pin it once every three weeks...

your hcg scheme is way off...

nolva is an absolutely horrible pct and will not help you to recover properly...

1-12 sust 500 mg week
1-12 aromasin 12.5 mg eod
7-14 hcg 500 iu's week or hcgenerate

pct
15-18 clomid 25/25/25/25
15-18 unleashed/post cycle combo
15-18 forma stanzol
15-18 daa powerchews

Thanks Dylan. Best advice received so far. What fat % do I need to get down to? I can't seem to shift the little belly fat I have. I am eating well, clean carbs and protein and no carbs after lunch, I then carb up on weekends. I also do two 20min cardio after weights session and one 30 min cardio session on Sunday morning first thing. Any suggestions on how I can reduce the fat quickly?
 
no problem bro... im happy to help... at least get down to about 15% before starting... cut down your calories a bit and do not carb up on the weekends and see how that works... you may want to up the cardio a bit as well...
 
If you are taking in carbs each day, even if they are clean, there is no need for a carb-up on the weekends. Those ate for people that do Keto or some other form of carb cycling where they would be taking in little to no carbs each day leading up to the refeed.

Increase cardio, and decrease carbs and total cals each day and you will lose bodyfat.
