1st cycle advice & opinions needed

My buddy is gonna do his 1st cycle. He is 6'3", 280 lbs. Bodyfat is higher than he wants but he is going to do cycle with or without my help so I figured I better help. Experienced lifter, looking to increase strength, drop bodyfat. I am recommending a simple 8 weeker of test enanthate at 500mg/wk and eq at 400mg/wk. He will also take clen, t3, pct therapy. What do you guys think? Don't want to go overboard first time.

I think you are giving your "buddy" bad advice! Way too much gear for a first cycle.
I would recommend a test-enan cycle at 200mgs shot E4D. Add this with Lots of Cardio and a calorie deficient diet and the BF will melt and sustain muscle mass...Some strength will be gained but not a lot with low cals.
Better yet, just eat clean and have lot of PT. and things will work out nicely.

Frankly, I wouldn't. He's 280 you said and 6'3. That's a big man. Given that he may already have high BP (B/c of his weight), the addition of AAS may rise it even more, possible to dangerous levels. My adivce to him would be make a consertive effort to diet for awhile. Get that weight down and then if he decides (after doing some research) that he wants to go "on" revisit the subject.

Also, 8 weeks of EQ isn't long enough in my opinion. 10-12 weeks is where I have seen the best results.
