im 5'10'' about 160lbs and ive been working out for a little over a year and a half. i want to run a cycle and i got ahold of some test. it was suggested to me to run 500mgs for 10 weeks. but i was wandering if that would be to much. im not a serious body builder. i dont want to look like arnold, i just want to get bigger and stronger. any suggestions on cutting down the cycle, or is that good? also, any suggestions on pct?
