Ok...how much do you guys take on a cycle and ghow long...I find 3 a day works well for me and has anyone ever noticed and acne...although minor from it when you get up in the doses...i am not prone to acnne, but when i sart this stuff, i get little pimps here and there, mostly on my back, and every once and a while on my neck or face...and no, it is not poor hygine...i am a clean freak...i shower 3 times a day and 4 on training days....
