1AD & Irritability?

Was wondering if any of you experienced irritability or mood swings as side effects of 1AD. My ex says I'm having major mood swings now, and I have noticed the same with other test precursor supps. Is there anything that I can take to calm me down? Its not that I go around tearing stuff up, its that small things seem to linger in my head and piss me off.

Besides this though, everything is going good. Starting my 2nd week w/o any other sides, I'm up ~3.5lbs and getting awesome pumps.

So since you've started using 1-AD would you say that you have more energy/anger as opposed to feeling lethargic? I'm trying to figure out if 1-test really displays the properties of a strong androgen. Most people say it kills their sex drive and makes them tired.

I find that I stay in a great mood, but that is due to much better workouts. I even have some people say I'm not my usual asshole self! Maybe I should stay on all the time so I don't get banned from Elite

To best honest, I feel the same. No extra energy, same sex drive so far. I just lose my temper alot quicker. I'm doing a 20 day cycle at the recommended dosage of 3 a day, and am about half way through the cyle now.

I am really dehydrated, or at least feel so. Also since it probably effects people differently, I'm 5'5 164 at ~15% BF.
