1AD/4AD cycle: please critique

I have heard that Milk Thistle is best used after a cycle as in pct. I am using Milk Thistle during my entire cycle (and started using it 3 weeks prior). MT is for removing (or at least helping to) impurities from the liver. So using MT after a cycle of prohormones, or real gear for that matter, seems not very effective for its purpose (from what I have read). MT does not seem to "rehab" the liver post cycle (again from research). Some have speculated MT inhibits absorbtion of prohormones/prosteroids, and although I dont know for certain, or have data to back it up, I would guess MT does not inhibit the absorption of such compounds simply due to the nature of MT and also from the info I have read on the net. I have been on 1AD/4AD for 14 days and have noticed strength increases. My weight usually fluctuates from 195-200 but has stayed at a steady 200-202. I am very hungry all the time and think I may have a little insomnia setting in. Here's what my cycle looks like, please critique:..Thanks!

Week 1: 300mg/day 1AD, 300mg/day 4AD.
Week 2: 400mg/day 1AD, 300mg/day 4AD.
Week 3: 500mg/day 1AD, 450mg/day 4AD, 6OXO
Week 4: 400mg/day 1AD, 450mg/day 4AD, 6OXO
Week 5: 300mg/day 1AD, 300mg/day 4AD, 6OXO
Week 6: 200mg/day 1AD, 150mg/day 4AD, 6OXO, Tribulus
Week 7: 6OXO, Tribulus
Week 8: 6OXO, Tribulus
Week 9: Tribulus
Week 10: Tribulus
Also: Milk Thistle, Saw Palmetto, Multi-Vit, Vit-C throughout
 
What kind of critique do you want? You've already been on this stuff 2 weeks...would you change something if we said it sucked?
 
i would go with m1t instead of any 1-test. 1-tu makes me very very tired, i would imagine that any 1-test would for me, it suprised me when u said you couldnt sleep. my "gains" from my 1-tu "cycle" were decent. imo any 1-test is so hard on your liver for the amount ur taking w. 4-ad too. I mean for pro-h you got yourself a dank cycle. you got the right idea for pct, the only thing i could say is.. dont stop taking 6-oxo andtrib, stop when the bottle is empty and keep the protein intake UP!
