19-nor or estra-4 ?

Can anyone tell me what the difference is if any. cyclo tren said
19-Norandrosta 4,9 diene 3,17 dione and extreme tren says Estra-4,9-diene-3, 17-dione.

They're the same thing. estra is just another way of saying 19-norandrost
