It cool though. That means only 41.109 lbs. of my god damn body is lard.

I'm only a defecit of 35,000 calories away from 9% and feeling decent about my physique again.

In a self measurement last week (7 point caliper, which is not easy to do by yourself) I came up at 16%.

Basically been sedentary for a year.

Fucking miserable.

It's amazing I have gotten laid even once during that time
 
19% isn't bad for the layman. Of course this site is called "Elite Fitness." I have my fat measured in the Bod Pod (same principle as underwater weighing, it just uses air instead of water). I'm normally around 17-23%. When I get into the 20's I start reducing calories. Keep in mind that I'm a powerlifter and not a bodybuilder.
 
Well, I used to pretty much live at 7-10% weighing 195-205 lbs. Now I'm 213 lbs, 19%, and it's all torso fat. I never really get any on my arms or legs. I'm shooting for low teens to 12% in six weeks.
