I want to start cutting in about 2 weeks and go for about 10 weeks, Im currently about 200lbs @ 14-15%, Im planning on getting 180 Grams of protein 150 grams of carbs and about 50 grams of fat for 1800 cals per day over six meals. Im gonna start some winny EOD for 8 weeks (2 weeks into the diet) and some clen/eca soon after, I hate cardio like a mofo, and have found in the past it ate up my muscle ( I did 1hr a day and i was eating around 2500 cals) So i figured id cut my cals, and use the cardio sparingly if at all. Any thoughts?
