1800cals too low for cutting?

I want to start cutting in about 2 weeks and go for about 10 weeks, Im currently about 200lbs @ 14-15%, Im planning on getting 180 Grams of protein 150 grams of carbs and about 50 grams of fat for 1800 cals per day over six meals. Im gonna start some winny EOD for 8 weeks (2 weeks into the diet) and some clen/eca soon after, I hate cardio like a mofo, and have found in the past it ate up my muscle ( I did 1hr a day and i was eating around 2500 cals) So i figured id cut my cals, and use the cardio sparingly if at all. Any thoughts?
 
sounds exactly like my cutting diet..

but the bros here will tell you to cut carbs while increasing fat a bit.

And hows it coming along? Are you doing cardio?
What are your results so far? Clen/ECA/DNP???
 
i've been on dnp for 2 weeks on/1 week off for the last 6 weeks or so...

results very solid so far..
i thought i'd lose alot of muscle but that hasnt happened.

i was flirting at 212 pounds for a while at around 15-17% bf.
i find myself now weight 198 pounds at roughly 10% bf..
these are round figures.

my training is the same.. i train til i cant do another rep.
then, if i still got some juice in me, i bike for 10 minutes.

a few times a week, i like to jumprope.
i do 10 sets of 100 jumps.

in all, i'd say that dnp is a little overrated.
and those who claim they lost 15 pounds in 2 weeks are full of shit or are just very lucky.

a quick note..

dnp will make you look flat and weak.
dont let that affect you psychologically because after a 36 hour carb, youll be full and even more ripped!!

my carb up day is this saturday..
cant fuckin wait!!!!!!!!
 
Satch...2 questions..
1.) When you train during cutting: Is it strength training or the norman BB workout?
2.) What time of day do you begin cutting your carbs?
You guys sound like your diets are just like mine and your measurements, (not physique) are almost identical to mine. I like the idea of DNP, but I've heard from others that it "can" be dangerous and is overrated. It's nice to hear some feedback on it either way.
 
1) i train as usual... 2 muscle groups.. 6-8 sets per muscle.. to failure.

2) i like to consume most carbs pre workouts. but those carb cravings can really fuck with your mind sometimes. dont be too extreme.. just use your head and dont get carried away.

I know you asked satch, but im at work and bored as shit....
Ive never used DNP, but i think if our diets are that "tight", i than clen eca would do enough, when were talkign risk vs reward, whats dnp gonna do let us drop another 2, 3%? Wouldnt cytomel do the same? Just thinkig out loud.

i'm really not sure anymore that dnp if taken cautiosly is really that dangerous.

dont get me wrong...
if taken in large doses i'm sure it can cause serious damage and/or death.
but clen/t3/efedrine have their own sides.. nasty ones too.

Satch, that's a good point...ALMOST anything CAN be safe, if taken the right way, and in the right amount. It seems like you're doing it the smart way. So keep it up and let us know when you hit the 7-8% mark! And like BigTom was saying, it seems that Clen/ECA/T3 would do the same, but DNP users swear that once you're around 7% it's what breaks that plateau to get you down to 5%. Who knows?!?
