i have something to say on this! Do any of you guys here remeber being seniors in highscholl(18) anf trying to bang every freshman(15) in the building! I know this happened a lot where i went to school! THat was almost 6 years ago, and times have changed a lot even since then!

My grandma was getting plowed when she was like 14, I'm sure. I think she was married at 16 or 17. Nobody had a problem with that.

My mom had my brother when she was 17 and the guy was 22. Nobody had problems with that.

As far as I'm concerned, when a girl can have a period then she is physically ready for sex, plain and simple. Maybe not mentally nowadays as we coddle are children way too much, but physically yes.

But, all this moral hoopla says that's not right. Well people only say it's not right because we have the luxury to say that.

I guarantee back in the day, hundreds and thousands of years ago, that as soon as a girl was having her periods that guy's started courting REAL quick. It was a matter of survival. Pro-create.

They successfully argued he should have been charged with statutory rape to begin with, which has a maximum sentence of one year. He had already served 18 months.

Who the fuck decides where the cutoff age is? Oh you've been going through puberty now for 6 years so you are an adult now? Many of the laws are stupid and you have to use common sense. A 15 year old although some are very immature, are not children. They are adolescents. My grandparensts married at that age and in many countries it's not illegal to have sex with someone of that age.... Stupid over zealous religious fuckers.

I was just the opposite at age 18 I was fucking 30-35 yr olds. Never been interested in the young 15 yr old snatch , I have always considered anyone that age a child.
You're grandparents " married " at that age key word being married. Many countries it is not illegal for a 18 yr old to have sex with a 15 yr old ? and in many countries it is not illegal for a grown man to fuck a cow in the ass.

Point being that in the u.s.a we follow united states laws. If a adult wants to fuck 15 yr olds do what every other pervert does and plan a sex trip to thailand for a week and take you're sex capades somewhere it is legal or face the fact when you have sex with minors in the u.s.a and are not married to them you could do jail time.

I rember the story pretty well . She said he raped her and over powered her the guy was 6'5 and over 270lbs . She claimed she was scared and did not scream in fear for her life. The school board gave her some money for not having protection in the trailer classroom where he was alone with her and fucked her. She won some civil suit with the school or some shit.
Guy did not even do 10 yrs in prison he did like a year and the sentance was overturned

I must have misunderstood something. I thought that it was consentual sex? Rape is rape and if it indeed was rape then yes, the young man should be punished accordingly.

You don't remember the story at all then. SHE TESTIFIED THE SEX WAS CONSENSUAL. She said if her dad found out he would kill them both. He was charged with rape, aggravated assault, false imprisonment, sexual battery, statutory rape and aggravated child molestation and acquitted of all but the last. He was acquitted because NOONE, except you apparently, believes she was raped. The jury believed was the least of the charges but in fact it had the stiffest sentence. Had he been convicted of statutory rape he would've been out in a year tops as opposed to the ten he got.

she said she was raped ,,, the JURY said it was consentual. BUT she won her case and walked away with money later on. Then the school changed some laws not to leave unsupervised kids alone in a empty classroom or some shit.
