18 days in test cyp

I am takng 200 mc test cyp twice a week
around what point should i start making noticeable gains
should i expect it to be gradual or should i notice some growth after each lift

also is it ok to train everyday while on cycle or would it be more beneficial
to take rest days

Like we suggested in there, Bro, go get your bloodwork done first, then do some more research and learn more about what about all these steroids (which are almost ALL hormones) do to your body when you flood your system with it and how to minimize those effects. Following BOTH your bloodwork and some more research, post back here a bit more informed and show the results of your bloodwork and then we can talk. Not trying to be a dick here, but, honestly, you really shouldn't even be THINKING of running steroids.

Then also research some more around training routines ... after you know what steroids do, you'll need to know how your body works when it comes to training. Once you understand training better, look at how you need to feed your mucsles when trianing. Once ALL that is sorted, you'll be able to consider going on cycles and you'll have a MUCH better idea of what to expect and by when. People's bodies react differently. You say you are on 400mg Test Cyp/week ... for how long is your cycle laid out? Are you running any on-cycle support? Do you have a PCT laid out for after your cycle is done? Do you know what cycle lengths are and how they get calculated? Do you know about steroid half-lives? Do you know the ACTUAL importance of PCT? You need to know ALL THIS SHIT before you even CONSIDER going on steroids.

Like I said, Bro, not trying to be a dick, honestly, but you have some ways to go still.

in all seriousness... excellent advice... when you are running a cycle mone of these questions should be asked... you should have a grasp on esters and when they kick in etc... but more importantly, training and diet should be well thought out and routines should have been practiced on a consistent basis for 6 months AT THE MINIMUM... you need to stop now and get your priorities in order before you even consider this sort of lifestyle

to answer your question yes i have a pct laid out
and i do realize the importance of it and all that

im running the cycle for 10 weeks but either way
this is still my first time so some of my questions may sound stupid
to guys like yous who have much more knowledge of this stuff but
thats why im here and regardless of how much i read and plan and all
that good stuff i still think hands on is the best way to gain experience

and i have gotten some good advice from people on this board
but like yas said everyone reacts different to different chemicals
and substances in the body

so ide rather ask a dumb question then not ask one at all

Bet ya his google search function for PCT is going ape shit atm. And isn't 200mc quit the low dose, bet he meant 200mg. Ya after re-reading his post over and over he is clueless. OP, I spent 6 months reading and getting ready for my first real cycle of test and D. You should be asking those questions many months before you started.

test cyp is a long ester and 10 weeks you won't get as much out of it, won't even reach peak levels until week 5 or 6..

sounds to me like you need to relax a bit and do more research, get in better shape.. and then look into a short oral cycle instead if you are concerned with quick results.

i dont like running long esters by themselves like that anyway... if i do i always stack it with something to kickstart things
 
you should 'feel' it by now

the gains will come slow and steady while on test cyp

you can train every day but it most likely is not the most beneficial way to train.

i suggest getting on one of the more popular and well proven programs like 5x5 and just follow that to a T

Use hcgenerate on cycle bro and the unleashed/post cycle combo with forma for pct.
 
appreciate the feedback and im def not trying to
play like i know shit i dont there is so much bullshit an
contradicting info on the internet that i figured it better to ask people
who have been there

im not worried about fast gains was just curious
about how it kinda reacted once its completly built up
obviously ill learn more as i go thanks
 
you can run a low dose of clomid 25/12.5/12.5/12.5... unleashed/post cycle and forma stanzol is perfect... if you need any other help, then definitely ask...
