18 day clen cycle results

well, if anyone cares ... lost 11lbs of fat in 18 days. ate clean, did cardio, tapered the pills up and down. and am very pleased with my results :) alot of stubborn fat gone. now lets just see whats in store for my 2 weeks off. thanks to all who gave me help and info :)

I am in the middle of a bulking cycle and can't wait to do the same thing so i can really see my gains.

thats really good, congradulations. What did you cycle look like? How many mgs per day? did you 2 days on 2 days off or just took them everyday?

Congrats!! I'm very happy for you, but Not to rain on your parade, or anything, but are you sure all the weight you lost was fat?? The reason I ask is cuase most of the weight you lose in the first two weeks of a diet is almost all water. My girlfriend will be very interested in your results too!
 
(max) well to be technical about it, bf%, im unsure. cause stupid me never had it taken. but i do notice a drastic change in my figure and how clothing fits me. my next 2 weeks im gonna have the bf% taken, just to be sure thats all that it was. if your wife wants me to go more into it, just PM me. thanks again for the congrats :)

(zeppi) thanks, had close to no sides at all. the only thing that occured was a major headache on day 4, that lasted for about 10 hrs. took DNP's advice and upped my water intake ... never had it again.

(hard) the cycle looked like this 1,2,3,4,5,5,5,6,6,6,7,7,7,6,5,4,3,2. obviously with the .02 pills. i did 18 days straight, no off days. did alot of reading and asking ques here, and realized that was the best way to do it for fat loss.

(wild) thanks, and good luck with your cycle :) yeah, im doin xenadrine as my ECA <easy and cheap>
for 14 days, then back to the clen for 18. started the ECA off at 2 pills today, so we'll see how that goes

thanks again. ill prolly post something up here after my 3rd set. goddamn it was hard to stop taking these damn things :) even at the last day, i was still dropping weight. 14 more days cant come soon enough .....

I don't know much about clen but from what i have saved on it... "Apparently, clen has a half-life in the body of 48 hours making it pretty much irrelevant when you take it. This means that two days on, two days off, conserves the number of pills you use in a cycle rather than for receptor downgrade which occurs around two weeks."


Is this information wrong or is it still better to just take it everyday?

to be honest with you, i have read countless posts from here, research articles, sites on it, etc ...
and have read just as many different variations on the way how to take it. my main objective was to lose weight, so i just took advice from people on here that have also taken it for that reason. and in the end it worked for me. some people say it lasts for 48 hrs in the body and some say 10 hrs, the number of pills i was taking and money i was spending on it didnt make a difference to me so i just went with what felt right in my body. its my second day off the clen (on ECA), and im still at the same weight, with the same workout and eating habits. so hopefully i got over the hurdle that i needed to :)

thanks promet :) i used Ventolase. i actually thought i was going to get some Spiropent, but thats what i ended up receiving. had no complaints with it.

2 on, 2 off should not be done

no mather how you look at it, Clen should be taking for max 18 days. When doing 2 on 2 off, one is cutting the dose in half. So to follow Harddtime and i agree with him, but then take double dose for 2 days when staying off for the other 2. Also when going heavy on the dose, like 12/day or more, one should have to take 24/day when doing 2 on, 2 off, which can be hard to do. I now this is extreme, so best is going at it for the full 18 days.

When you were taking 7 a day, how did you split the doses or did you take it all at once? Thanks!!

in the workout aspect of it, all i did was cardio. 4 days/week, 30 mins. normally i do weight training 4 days and cardio 3. i stopped the weight training for a bit cause i wanted to see the amount of water/fat i could lose, w/o putting on any more muscle. i should have just got my bf% taken, i was just plain stupid for not. i have a swimmers physique and come from an athletic background, so i tend to put on muscle very quickly and in large amounts. i wanted to slim down the fat first, before bulking up on the muscle again. as for the eating, all protein. the only carbs i really ever have are from my fruits and veggies. my body reacts to carbs horribly <bloating>, so i tend to stay away as much as i can. i got enough energy from the clen for my workouts, that i didnt need the carbs. the fats were low also, just the minimal i got from chicken, tuna, buffalo, turkey, and my shakes. yeah, the 7 pills a day was a bitch to manage out evenly. depending on what time i woke up, i took one every half hour. never took a pill past like 3, just to make sure i got a good sleep. even on the days i woke up a little bit later, i would double up the first and/or second half hour ... really didnt see any difference.

i remembering reading, must be 7/8 yrs ago. dan duchaine advising to judge the dosage and receptor shutdown by way of body temperature. sounds totally viable way to me of answering both questions. and in a couple of week i intend to do my clen this way.
doestn anyone do it this way now?

Anyways, even if I don't receive any pleasant surprises in my mailbox, I still think congratulations are in order. Dieting/losing fat is soooo difficult, and takes a serious amount of willpower.

Ok, now that I have re-thought my earlier, flippant response about not caring whether or not I receive any goodies...I say a pox on your house if I do not receive my promised pictures. :) And full action movies are acceptable, especially if I am to co-star with you and all of your roommates. :)

i thought it was only a half of a degree difference he was talking about.sounds tough to calculate.

about the whole temperature thing ... i took mine orally twice during the cycle, and really didnt notice anything different at all. did it once in the beginning and once again towards the end. i really only saw a difference when i was doing cardio. i sweat a helluva lot more, but that was really it. well, maybe next time around ill try and take a more accurate reading and do it on a daily basis. its worth a shot.
