I am entering my first competition in 17 weeks and am going to post my progress pics to update my dieting. I have never dieted before in my life, but my wife is a nutritionist so she is keeping me on schedule. I currently weight 223lbs and plan to compete in the heavyweight class at 195lbs or less.
