15mg GL winney pills....need help how often?

Ok taking the GL 15mg winney pills....I am going to be taking 4 a day for a total of 60mg....DO I take them all at once or space them out throughout the day....or does it not matter?

it would be better to split it up into 4 times a day... this will keep your blood level more stable.....just as long as you take it everyday
