15 inch guns at 148 pounds ???

A 5 ft 9 in guy in the gym claims to have 15 inch guns at 148 pounds.Is it possible or is he bullshitting ?? Any ideas ?

It's not that the fellows arms are huge,but then he started out 5 months back with 12.3 inch arms and says his arms have been growing like weeds.Just wondering if he can grow as fast as he claims.Thanks Mike & Mike for ur posts.What do the other bros think ?

Sure, I had 15.5 at 152 in the Army. Sitting at 19.5 and 210 now. Its the only part that grows easily
