yeah,even I have had the same problem.My legs suck inspite of having squatted heavy.I dunno WTF to do.My genes seem to be lopsided.Good upper body genes with BAD leg genes.
But when you guys are measuring your arms, do you measure them cold and relaxed, or cold and flexed? (I assume everyone measures them cold....Correct me if I am mistaken about that too.)
