Holy shit bro!! Thats one hell of a difference in one year!! Your getting fucking thick now!! I was skin and bones for my first few years of training. Awesome!!!!!!!!

I gotta admit some of that's muscle memory. I worked out on and off (mostly off) through the years. Stop working out and go on a diet and you'll get tiny real fast.

Thanks man! The only exercises I do for arms are an occasional reverse curl or hammer curl. I train pretty much like a powerlifter.

I think my forearm measurement in pic 2 is bigger than my upper arm measurement in pic 1.
 
I'm with Rev--pretty missus, and lookin' good yourself! (Is she the person who sometimes says things in the background of your videos? Silly question I know, but I've heard her saying "Got it!" and such a few times.)

I have no doubt your forearms are bigger now than your upper arms were 13 months ago. That's testament to the effectiveness of hard-ass work on the big basics :)

Thanks for the compliments, dukat. Yep, that's her. She gives me a lot of encouragement. She used to spot me before I got my power rack, but I would never push my luck because I didn't want to put her in the situation of pulling the weight off me. Now when I'm going for a PR I sometimes call her out there because I seem stronger when she's watching.

I love big compound moves. Anyone that wants to bodybuild should spend a few years just hitting the basics IMO.
 
Mike very noticable size difference!

The same thing happened to me late last year in 2months - from 180lbs to 192lbs :D

CCJ - sometimes those weight gains come real fast.
